Today was a half day at work. Not long after I arrived I got a call from Jenni saying that Owen was very sick. My registrar who was with me overheard and was concerned it was one of our patients called Owen who was sick but when I explained it was my own boy he was very understanding and let me go very early. Owen was pretty much back to normal by lunchtime. He helped me put together Luke’s baby swing – he was very good at handing me screws and putting them in the correct holes (and not even in his mouth although we were a trifle worried for a moment there) It all just reinforced my own ineptitude at constructing these things, although I think I’ll blame it on the unclear instructions – hehe
Anyway we got it together, and here it is :
Tonight we’re catching up with our friend Harry, who’s over from Sydney for a few days. So that’ll be good
