This week
Well it’s been a week of ups and downs. The downs I won’t go into, suffice to say there’s been some real low points. As for the ups, well the biggest up that we’ve had in a very long time is that we now have our house!! I picked up the keys late on Friday afternoon after spending the morning on the phone haggling with various people. We moved a little bit of furniture Friday night whilst helping my brother move into his new place (they got their keys Thursday) and then moved a couple of trailer loads of stuff out of storage yesterday afternoon. So it’s great! We’ll probably move the rest of our furniture from where we are staying now next Saturday and properly move in then. Regardless there’s a lot of work to be done, and between that and Christmas, and working I’m going to be a very busy boy. So I apologise in advance if I don’t get to update much over the next couple of weeks.
