Osama weighs in
Interesting news this morning - Osama bin Laden has released another of his video messages, timed perfectly to coincide withe the upcoming US elections. My guess is that Osama must want Bush to remain in power, releasing a video like this - if he’s as intelligent as he’s made out to be he must realise that the only effect of this is to galvanise support behind the President. And assuming that he realises this, why then would Osama prefer Bush to be re-elected over Kerry? Perhaps because Bush will continue to be more confrontational and aggressive in this “war on terror” - Osama doesn’t want the US to back down - he’s itching for a fight, and knows he’s going to get one with Bush. So to really stick it to Osama, perhaps voting for Kerry is the best option.
