Moving away from the baseline

I just accidentally somehow ended up with my Windows XP taskbar on the right side of the screen instead of at the bottom, and all though it initially freaked me out a little bit and I was going to switch it straight back, now I can see there’s a certain beauty and utility to having it that way. Especially the section for active tasks – you can fit so many more tasks in this way. Give it a try for yourself and see what you think – be bold, live outside the square :)

Actually the hardest thing to get used to is to stop dragging my mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen when I want to change focus and go right instead – old habits die hard.

Sharing life with God

As I was driving to Perth yesterday, I had some interesting insights about how God wants us to share our daily lives with him. I thought it was quite powerful so I stopped and scribbled some of it down.
