What I’ve Been Doing Today – 2007-05-22
- 0904 – In Mandurah. Already had my hair cut. Now I have another 3+ hours to kill waiting for the car. Super cold today #
- 0916 – A shop keeper tried to make me leave my backpack at the door. How rude! She cost herself a sale as I left immediately #
- 0936 – Can’t even find anything I want to buy. Might be time for more coffee and some book reading. Mobile twitter not working too well atm #
- 1145 – Car is done. Heading home. Only spent about $14 the whole morning #
- 1149 – Passed a police breath testing stop. Wouldn’t think they’d catch many ppl at this time of day #
- 1330 – Just about packed and ready to go. Looking forward to a great night at Burswood – food, casino, and country music (Keith Urban)
# - 1557 – Our hotel reservation was lost and the room is not ready. Poor service from Burswood. Not even an upgrade or drink. Just told to wait #
- 1558 – Now we are waiting in the casino, sipping some wine and playing keno, so it’s not all bad #
- 1621 – Played Keno. Bet $30 – won $12 #
